General conditions
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations notice must be notified to us in writing.
- Cancellations made up to 30 days before the student arrives at Intereuropa = 50€. This amount won’t be lost, it will be available during the year in progress at the balance of the student for a possible course throughout the year.
- Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before the student arrives at Intereuropa = 100€. This amount won’t be lost, it will be available during the year in progress at the balance of the student for a possible course throughout the year.
- Cancellations made with less than 15 days before the student arrives at Intereuropa = we will refund the amount paid less 50% of the total invoice plus the 100€ deposit.
No refund will be made for programmes that have already started.
Of course, cases of serious illness of the student or of a close family member, always justified by a medical certificate, will be taken into consideration.
The school will not refund any fees for absence, late arrival, early departure or illness.
School fees are not transferable.
Postponements
To change a booking already confirmed (arrival date, accommodation, etc.), we will charge an extra fee of 50€ per student. The change is due to availability.
All postponements must be made at least 15 days before the course is due to start.
The postponement date will count as soon as the school receives notification in writing.
Students dispose of 3 months’ time to arrange the new course.
All re-arranged dates are subject to availability.
Course may only be re-arranged once.
Bank holidays
The school will be closed for public holidays and missed classes will be re-arranged during the same week.
Books
We use our own book. The first book is included in the registration fee price.
Additional books will be sold at 6€ each. Students who don’t wish to buy additional books can borrow them at the reception by paying 5€ deposit which will be refunded when they return the book.
Absences
Missed classes for absence cannot be re-arranged.
Minimum number of students in class
Group classes with only one student will be reduced by a 50%.
Intereuropa reserves the right to cancel courses that have not reached the minimum number of students, in these cases the student will be refunded in full.
Accommodation
Unless you pay for extra days, your accommodation will be available from the Sunday before the course starts until the Saturday after the course ends (at 12pm). No fees will be refunded if you stop the course or leave your accommodation.
For nightly arrivals (after 22.00 pm) to shared apartments, it will be necessary to book our taxi service.
Deposit
A deposit fee of 50€ for the accommodation will be required for the shared apartments.
Certificates
At the end of the course, all students that have attended at least 80% of the course, will receive a certificate of attendance.
Expulsions
Intereuropa reserves the right to expel a student from the course / accommodation for misconduct. If so, no refund will be made.

En INTEREUROPA ESPAÑOL PARA EXTRANJEROS SL tratamos la información que nos facilitan las personas interesadas con el fin de realizar la gestión administrativa, contable y fiscal de los servicios solicitados, así como enviar comunicaciones comerciales sobre nuestros productos y servicios, para cuyo consentimiento usted haya prestado.
¿Por cuánto tiempo conservaremos sus datos?
Los datos se conservarán mientras se mantenga la relación comercial, y en su caso, durante los años necesarios para cumplir con las obligaciones legales que resulte de aplicación.
¿Cuál es la legitimación para el tratamiento de sus datos?

– Ejecución de un contrato: Prestación de los servicios solicitados
