Cancellations and Refunds<\/span><\/h5>\n

Cancellations must be notified to INTEREUROPA in writing.<\/p>\n

Cancellations made up to 30 days before the start of the program.
\n<\/strong>The school will apply the following charges:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • 25% of the total course price.
    \nThis amount will not be lost; it will remain available in the student\u2019s balance during the current year to enroll in another program within the same year. After this period, if the student has not taken any course, this amount will be forfeited.<\/li>\n
  • 100% of the accommodation fee if the booking is for 1 or 2 weeks.<\/li>\n
  • If the accommodation booking is for 3 or more weeks, the penalty will be 2 weeks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Cancellations made 29 to 15 days before the start of the program.
    \n<\/strong>The school will apply the following charges:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • 50% of the total course price.
      \nThis amount will not be lost; it will remain available in the student\u2019s balance during the current year to enroll in another program within the same year. After this period, if the student has not taken any course, this amount will be forfeited.<\/li>\n
    • 100% of the accommodation fee if the booking is for 1 or 2 weeks.<\/li>\n
    • If the accommodation booking is for 3 or more weeks, the penalty will be 3 weeks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Cancellations made less than 15 days before the start of the program.
      \n<\/strong>The school will apply the following charges:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • 75% of the total course price.
        \nThis amount will not be lost; it will remain available in the student\u2019s balance during the current year to enroll in another program within the same year. After this period, if the student has not taken any course, this amount will be forfeited.<\/li>\n
      • 100% of the accommodation fee if the booking is for 1 or 2 weeks.<\/li>\n
      • If the accommodation booking is for 3 or more weeks, the penalty will be 3 weeks.<\/li>\n
      • If the accommodation booking is for 4 or more weeks, the penalty will be 4 weeks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Under no circumstances will course or accommodation fees be refunded once the program has started.
        \nHowever, cases of illness of the student or a close family member, duly supported by a medical certificate, will be considered as special cases.<\/p>\n

        Postponements<\/p>\n

        To change a booking already confirmed (arrival date, accommodation, etc.), we will charge an extra fee of 50\u20ac per student. The change is due to availability.
        \nAll postponements must be made at least 15 days before the course is due to start.
        \nThe postponement date will count as soon as the school receives notification in writing.
        \nStudents dispose of 3 months\u2019 time to arrange the new course.
        \nAll re-arranged dates are subject to availability.
        \nCourse may only be re-arranged once.<\/p>\n

        Bank holidays<\/p>\n

        The school will be closed for public holidays and missed classes won’t be re-arranged.<\/p>\n

        Books<\/p>\n

        We use our own book. The first book is included in the registration fee price.
        \nAdditional books will be sold at 6\u20ac each. Students who don\u2019t wish to buy additional books can borrow them at the reception by paying 5\u20ac deposit which will be refunded when they return the book.<\/p>\n

        Absences<\/p>\n

        Missed classes for absence cannot be re-arranged.<\/p>\n

        Minimum number of students in class<\/p>\n

        Group classes with only one student will be reduced by a 50%.
        \nIntereuropa reserves the right to cancel courses that have not reached the minimum number of students, in these cases the student will be refunded in full.<\/p>\n

        Accommodation<\/p>\n

        Unless you pay for extra days, your accommodation will be available from the Sunday before the course starts until the Saturday after the course ends (at 12pm). No fees will be refunded if you stop the course or leave your accommodation.
        \nFor nightly arrivals (after 22.00 pm) to shared apartments, it will be necessary to book our taxi service.<\/p>\n

        Deposit<\/p>\n

        A deposit fee of 50\u20ac for the accommodation will be required for the shared apartments.<\/p>\n

        Certificates<\/p>\n

        At the end of the course, all students that have attended at least 80% of the course, will receive a certificate of attendance.<\/p>\n

        Expulsions<\/p>\n

        Intereuropa reserves the right to expel a student from the course \/ accommodation for misconduct. If so, no refund will be made.<\/p>\n
